If you receive a faulty or damaged product please inform us via email orders@ with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will contact you to receive a store credit or replacement product.
If your package does not include an item you ordered please advise us via email to orders@ within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Item Received
We take care in packing our products however if we have accidentally sent you the incorrect item please advise us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can make arrangements.
Unfortunately we can not take returns for products where you have changed your mind or accidental orders so please review your cart carefully before checking out.
